CREATE
Creative and Resilient Entrepreneurs Through Adoption of 3D Printing and Micro-Enterprise Skills
We help adults with physical disabilities turn creativity and digital skills into real opportunities — through accessible, hands-on training in 3D printing and micro-enterprise skills.
CREATE (also known as CREATE 3D) is a two-year Erasmus+ cooperation partnership uniting six organisations from five countries. Together we are building accessible learning in 3D design and printing, paired with practical entrepreneurship skills, so that adults with physical disabilities can open new pathways to self-employment, inclusion and well-being.

About the Project
Many adults with physical disabilities face real barriers to learning, work and entrepreneurship — from training that is hard to access to a shortage of inclusive tools and opportunities. CREATE answers this with flexible, accessible education that puts modern technology to work for inclusion.
By combining 3D printing and digital fabrication with micro-enterprise skills, the project helps participants design and make real products, build practical business know-how, and grow the confidence to pursue self-employment. The learning is co-designed with disability-inclusion experts and offered both online and in adapted, hands-on settings.
General Objective
CREATE’s overarching aim is to open inclusive upskilling and reskilling pathways for adults with physical disabilities — using accessible 3D-printing technology and adult education to strengthen labour-market inclusion, entrepreneurial skills and well-being.
Specific Objectives
Build Skills for Work
Create flexible, technology-driven pathways so participants gain the technical and entrepreneurial skills for self-employment and micro-enterprises.
Make Learning Accessible
Integrate 3D printing and a co-designed digital platform with adaptive tools and remote participation, so adult education is open to more people.
Strengthen Labour-Market Inclusion
Equip participants with practical skills in design, prototyping and business development to tackle high unemployment among adults with disabilities.
Grow a Community of Practice
Connect educators, disability-inclusion experts and adults with disabilities across Europe to share knowledge and shape better tools.
Boost Confidence and Well-Being
Support independence, confidence and well-being through hands-on workshops, peer support and a real-world prototype challenge.
Increase Visibility and Recognition
Recognise new skills through certification, share participants’ stories through video, and connect learners with employers.

Inclusive Digital Learning HUB & MOOC
An open, accessible online platform with a MOOC in 3D design and printing and micro-enterprise skills, plus certification.
Prototype Challenge & Video Stories
Hands-on prototyping and pitching, with short films that showcase participants’ products and journeys.
Community Dialogues & Events
Local gatherings in every partner country that build networks and share results with stakeholders.
Curriculum & Open Resources
A structured curriculum and open educational resources that other organisations can reuse and adapt.
The Inclusive Digital Learning HUB and MOOC are currently being finalised and validated with our Community of Practice.

The Consortium
Six organisations from five countries bring together expertise in adult education, disability inclusion, digital learning and entrepreneurship.
Project Coordinator — KC Kompetenscenter (Sweden)
Based in Malmö, KC Kompetenscenter (CKC) coordinates CREATE and leads project management and the MOOC. It specialises in upskilling, digital skills and strengthening civil-society organisations.
OZARA d.o.o. (Slovenia)
A service and disability company in Maribor, OZARA leads the Inclusive Digital Learning HUB and MOOC and hosted the second project meeting. It brings deep experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment and social inclusion for people with disabilities.
Pro.m.e.t.eu.s — PROMETEUS (Italy)
A cultural non-profit in Viterbo, PROMETEUS leads the Community of Practice and quality assurance, with long experience in inclusive adult education and cultural participation for people with disabilities.
European Network for Holistic Integration — ENHI (Sweden)
Based in Malmö, ENHI leads the mentoring strand and co-leads video storytelling. It specialises in holistic social inclusion, well-being and support for vulnerable groups.
Eğitimde İnovasyon ve Kapsayıcılık Derneği — IIENGO (Türkiye)
Based in Istanbul, IIENGO leads the Prototype Challenge and Video Storytelling, with a focus on innovation and inclusion in education and entrepreneurship.
IKReON (Slovakia)
Based in Ružomberok, IKReON leads communication and dissemination and contributes expertise in non-formal education, inclusive digital learning, creativity and entrepreneurship.
IKReON’s Role in CREATE
As the project’s communication and dissemination lead, IKReON makes sure CREATE’s work and results reach the people who can benefit from them. We manage the dissemination strategy, social media, newsletters and press releases, and we share the project’s story here on our website. Alongside this, we contribute our experience in non-formal education, inclusive digital learning, creativity and entrepreneurship to the partnership.
