Activities overview

6-day training from the 4th of August till the 9th of August, 2025.
IKReON staff completed the one-week training “ICT Tools for a Creative & Collaborative Classroom” in Tenerife. The course was hands-on and practice-focused: we explored digital and AI tools to plan lessons, create multimedia content, support online projects, and enhance collaboration with platforms like learning apps, Microsoft 365, and photo/video editors. We discussed online safety and data protection, looked at how to adapt tools for different learners, and practiced paper-light, resource-efficient workflows. The experience directly strengthens INTEGRA’s digital-education pillar and our capacity to deliver inclusive, engaging adult learning.
Participants: 4 staff.

6-day training from the 28th of July till the 2nd of August, 2025.
IKReON staff completed the one-week training “Action Plans for Sustainable Classrooms and Schools” in Athens. The course mixed theory and hands-on work on spotting greenwashing, setting up school composting, cutting waste, and reducing water, paper, and energy use. We also explored how to teach about microplastics and created practical action plans to make schools more sustainable. This training directly supports INTEGRA’s goals on environmental responsibility and organization efforts.
Participants: 4 staff.

5-day job-shadowing from the 22nd of July till the 26th of July, 2025.
IKReON staff completed a five-day job shadowing at Innovation Bee in Kozani/Thessaloniki. During the mobility, the staff joined round-table exchanges on AI in adult education, networked with local providers, and observed how AI is embedded in daily operations. the participants mapped and compared AI tools, weighed their benefits and risks against GDPR/Erasmus+ quality standards, presented and refined IKReON’s AI curriculum prototype, and drafted a change-management action plan to roll out these practices at home. The experience strengthened our digital pedagogy, quality assurance, and international collaboration—directly advancing INTEGRA’s goals.
