MYTHIC Results: A New Toolkit for the People Behind Youth Work
IKReON is proud to release the second result of our MYTHIC project: the “MYTHIC Toolkit”.
After six days of co-creation, testing and peer feedback with 22 youth workers from eight countries, IKReON is excited to share the practical output of the MYTHIC training course. This digital publication is not a report of what happened — it is a set of six tested, ready-to-use activities for youth workers, trainers and educators. It follows our first result, The MYTHIC Code of Conduct for AI Use in Youth Work.
Participants: 22 youth workers
Countries: SK • IT • AT • FR • GE • ES • PL • UA
Location: Ružomberok, Slovakia
Key Output: Toolkit + Youthpass
What Participants Achieved
- Turn-Key Youth Work: Participants used the E-Myth Triad and systems thinking to turn everyday youth-work tasks into clear, repeatable steps. With the Eco-Canvas, they added inclusion and green checkpoints to every activity.
- Critical Thinking & AI Ethics: With the Spot-the-Fake toolbox, participants practised fact-checking and spotting bias. They debated the risks and benefits of generative AI and tested creative AI tools against a shared Code of Conduct.
- Local Action Plans: Each national team designed its own local lab for young people and set SMART indicators to measure real impact back home.
Showcase & Recognition
The training course closed with a Public Showcase for the local community. Teams presented their work in short, three-minute pitches. At the closing ceremony, participants received their Youthpass certificates and a MYTHIC Facilitator Open Badge.
Download the Toolkit
We are releasing the “MYTHIC Toolkit”, a free collection of six tested activities, including the Eco-Canvas and the Spot-the-Fake tools. The activities work even in low-resource settings. Youth workers and educators can adapt them to their own contexts.
The toolkit will also be shared via the Erasmus+ Project Results and SALTO-YOUTH platforms.
