STARTArt Results: Empowering Creative Youth with a New Toolkit
IKReON is proud to release the official result of our project: the “STARTArt – Enterprise Your Creativity” Toolkit.
After an intensive week of co-creation, testing, and validation with 38 young participants from across Europe, IKReON is excited to share the intellectual output of the STARTArt project. This digital publication is not just a report of what happened—it is a practical manual designed for youth workers, educators, and aspiring creative entrepreneurs.

What Participants Achieved
- Entrepreneurial Competence: Participants transformed abstract creative ideas into structured business models by mastering strategic tools like the “Art Business Canvas” and SWOT analysis
- Real-World Validation: International teams co-created five distinct startup concepts and successfully validated their feasibility by pitching them to professional mentors from the INOVIA Regional Incubator at Liptov Hub Co-working space.
- Soft Skills & Confidence: Through public speaking workshops and a live town center showcase, participants significantly boosted their confidence and communication skills, shifting their mindset from aspiring artists to entrepreneurs
Showcase & Recognition
The exchange concluded with a Celebratory Showcase open to peers and the local community. Participants presented their startup ideas and reflected on learning. Competences were documented through the Youthpass self-assessment.

We are releasing “STARTArt – Enterprise Your Creativity”, a practical collection of methods and activities used during the project. Youth workers and educators can adapt these resources in their own contexts.
The toolkit has been shared via the Erasmus+ Project Results and SALTO-YOUTH platforms.
